When you get in touch
Direct email uses your email provider and the contact mailbox at Domeneshop. The public contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and Resend for sending your name, email, optional phone and message to contact@kristinamoehals.com. A separate receipt can be sent to you after the internal message is accepted. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. The separate test site cannot send. Enquiries do not subscribe you to Letters or marketing.
Letters from Kristina
MailerLite handles Letters from Kristina. The form loads MailerLite and Google reCAPTCHA when Letters approaches the screen or the small invitation appears. These providers receive connection information and may use their own storage for the form and security check. The form script stores a random ml_guid ID and includes it with a subscription request. Optional form-view, popup and ecommerce requests are blocked in the embedded document. The invitation appears at most once per session, after your optional consent choice is resolved. Loading the form neither requires nor grants analytics or marketing permission. You enter your email in the provider’s form and confirm the subscription by email. The form records the selected newsletter language. Letters are sent by Kristina Moe Hals <newsletter@kristinamoehals.com>, with replies to contact@kristinamoehals.com. You can unsubscribe from the emails. Sign-up stays inactive on the separate test site.
External services
Catalogue titles and dates come from this site’s cached catalogue. Covers can load from Apple or Spotify image servers, which receive connection information, independently of player consent. Spotify, YouTube and Bandsintown load automatically near the screen when external-media permission is saved. Without that permission they stay off. These services receive connection information and may use their own storage. Ordinary links take you to their websites, where their policies apply.
Analytics with Google Analytics 4
The public site uses Google Analytics 4 only after analytics permission. Google receives page visits, language, selected music-link clicks, Letters-form interactions and connection information. Contact requests are measured only after backend acceptance. We do not send contact details, form contents, submission IDs, query strings or mailto addresses. Google may store first-party _ga cookies for up to 180 days with this site’s configuration. Analytics is inactive on the separate test site. Automatic form or invitation display is not measured. A form interaction is not measured as a confirmed subscription. Optional analytics and newsletter permission are separate.
Preferences and measurement
Your theme, continuous-motion preference and versioned consent choices stay on your device until you change or clear them, when storage is available. No contact information is stored in the browser. Optional media and analytics are off until you choose. Change or withdraw permission in the footer. Withdrawal stops further analytics, removes its loaded context and clears this site’s analytics cookies without reloading your form. External players are removed when media permission is withdrawn. Information already sent cannot be recalled. Meta and advertising are not active.
